BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

A few practical details.

Who do you work with?

We work with business buyers in China, including importers, distributors, food businesses and corporate procurement teams.

How do I confirm availability?

Send a purchasing brief with your product requirements, quantities and destination. Supply availability, specifications, export eligibility and lead times are confirmed in the quotation before an order is accepted.

Is there a minimum order or a fixed price?

Minimum order quantities and prices are quoted by product and shipment. Supplier pack sizes, custom packaging, freight and delivery terms determine the final order requirements.

Who handles import requirements in China?

Importer responsibilities, customs arrangements, taxes and required documentation must be agreed before purchase. Retail availability in Australia does not by itself establish eligibility for commercial import into China.
